Trainee Hotel Arya Duta bali

     I am currently undergoing a trainee program in the Housekeeping department at Aryaduta Hotel Bali. This experience is very valuable for me because it gives me the opportunity to learn firsthand how to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel rooms and public areas. Every day, I am guided by experienced professional staff, who not only teach me proper cleaning techniques, but also the importance of friendly and thorough service to guests. Through this program, I have gained a deeper understanding of the high standards of work in the hospitality industry and feel motivated to continue developing in this field. Through this program, I learned that being part of the Housekeeping team is not just about cleaning the room, but also ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of every guest who stays. Attention to detail, efficiency in work, and professionalism are the main keys to carrying out tasks well. I also increasingly realize the importance of the role of Housekeeping as one of the main pillars in creating a pleasant guest experience. This experience means a lot to me and is an important provision for building a career in the hospitality world. I feel proud to be able to undergo training in a professional environment like Aryaduta Hotel Bali and hope that this experience can be the first step towards a better future in the hospitality industry.
